SOFIA (Bulgaria), July 1 (SeeNews) - Norway-headquartered Black Sea Property, which is active in the development, financing and sale of property in Bulgaria, said its shareholders have approved the company’s agreement to merge with Bulgaria Eiendom Invest AS (BEI).

The agreed merger is seen to significantly contribute to securing Black Sea Property’s portion of a capital contribution to EPO Aheloy - the owning and development company of the Sunrise Gardens Resort, as well as to increase the company's asset base in Bulgaria, Black Sea Property said in May when it first disclosed the tie-up plan.
